A perfect introduction to the Pilates method. We focus on strengthening (and finding) key areas including the core and pelvic floor, to improve stability, alignment and posture. These classical Pilates exercises are taught in detail, providing an ideal foundation for Mat and Reformer Pilates.

Cancellation Policy
Everyone must complete a physical exercise questionnaire a minimum of 24 hours before their first class or one-to-one. PLEASE DO THIS ON THE APP OR WEBSITE. Prices, packages and deals may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Any offers or packages purchased before changes are made will be honoured. If you are in any doubt about your ability to participate safely, it is your responsibility to check with a doctor before booking any class. You must notify your teacher if your health status changes at any point during your time with Move Room. DURING CLASS You agree to take responsibility for your own body during class, to stop exercising if you need to and/or if you experience pain. Move Room Ltd cannot accept liability for loss or damage to your personal property. From time to time there may be classes held at Move Room by a third party. Please see the host’s website for booking, payment, and their terms and conditions. The Move Room Ltd is not liable for any losses, claims, or cancellations for third-party classes. CLIENT CANCELLATION You can change your booking at any time up to 24 hours prior to the start of the class. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. If you book a class less than 24 hours before its scheduled start you are unable to amend or cancel and the full fee will apply. Classes must be redeemed within the advertised period. If you have a booking and your status changes requiring medical sign-off for exercise (e.g pregnancy) – contact hello@moveroom.co.uk TEACHER CANCELLATION Every effort will be made to let you know in advance if a venue or teacher is unavailable, however in exceptional circumstances this may not always be possible. If a teacher or venue is unavailable and class is cancelled, your booking will be credited to your Move Room account automatically for you to re-book a convenient alternative. REFUNDS Any classes cancelled within the terms outlined in the cancellation policy will generate class credit in your Move Room account.
